综论《文选》的编者问题(下)——从“工程”大小看萧统完全可独撰《文选》

To Summarize the Problems Concerningthe Compilers of "Wenxuan"

象《文选》一类"采擿孔翠"的总集,往往在编撰的第一时间,便可确定其相当部分的篇目;而就编纂实质性层面言,当其篇目选好并加以分类及对若干作品作些技术上的处理后,便告完成。明此,将《文选》与《类苑》《艺文类聚》《文心雕龙》《翰林》《古文辞类篹》等比观,可以推定:昭明太子凭一己之力,完全可以编撰《文选》;且就一般情形言,有二到三年的时间便够了。长期以来,由于种种原因,编撰是书的难度与其工作量,均被人们想当然地"放大"了。

The complier could make sure about the majority of the articles to be chosen for a selected volume like Wenxuan at the earliest stage of compilation.The work could be ended when articles were selected,categorized and technically corrected.Compared Wenxuan with Lei Yuan,Wenyi Leiju,Wenxin Diaolong,Hanlin,and Guwen Cilei Zhuan,it can be inferred that Prince Zhaoming was able to indepnedly compile Wenxuan,and could finished the work within two or three years.But for some reasons,the workload and difficulty of compiling Wenxuan has been enlarged for a long time.
