The intellectuals are considered the important targets in the united front work,for they are closely related to the nation's future and fate.The Soviet Union was erroneous in categorizing intellectuals' class identities and judging the roles they play,which led to intellectuals' betrayal the communist party,and the acceleration of the dissection of the nation.We should draw a lesson from the Soviet Union and acknowl-edge the important role the intellectuals play,and unite the non-communist intellectuals,and foster a great number of intellectuals who believe in communism and possess a solid foundation in scientific knowledge.
