摘要
目前,一些高校在办学过程中发现,学前教育师资培养过程中逐渐暴露出一些问题,立志当幼儿教师的本科毕业生并不多,同时,高校学前教育专业的办学条件也很难满足人才培养的需求。要解决这些问题,政府加强宏观调控和管理是关键,但学校也要为社会培养高素质的人才作出努力。
Nowadays,many problems are gradually brought to light in training preschool education teachers in some colleges.It is found that few undergraduates plan to be a teacher in kindergarten.Meanwhile,the teaching conditions of preschool education specialty can hardly satisfy the demands of talents training.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,it is critical for the government to strengthen its macro-control.Besides,colleges should also make efforts to train high-quality talents.
