摘要
信息经济对管理理念的变革和发展产生了重要影响,这些影响反映在需求、资源、竞争、利润、组织等构成管理学科理论体系的基本概念上,需求应追求全面个性化;资源应着眼于企业外部,重在掌控外部重要资源;竞争要以核心竞争力的不断创新为动力,企业的增值途径要挖掘物流、品牌、网络、忠诚顾客等多各方面,跨部门的工作团队要求员工知识以专为主,同时具有多项技能,并善于跟别人合作。
Information Economy has exerted great influence on the transformation and development of man-agement concepts,which has been demonstrated in the changes taken place in the basic concepts like demand,resource,competition and profit.These concepts constitute the theoretical system of the management course.It is believed that demand should be fully personalized,and resources should be found outside the enterprise,with a special stress placed on the exterior crucial resources,competition should be motivated by the constant innovation of core competitive capability,logistic,famous brand,internet and royal customers are to be explored for enter-prise value growth,the team work should call for multi skilled employees with an expertise and strong team spirit.
