教师校本培训研究述评

教师的校本培训,是一种为了学校、在学校中、基于学校的教师在职培训活动。目前,教师校本培训的内容丰富,形式多样,但实效性不强。教师校本培训主要针对中小学教师,对于高校教师来说,理论研究贫瘠,实践运作模糊,不利于在终身教育思想的指导下促进高校教师的专业成长,不利于在生师比攀高和年青新教师不断涌入高校的条件下顺利实现高等教育质量工程的推进。

The school-based training for teachers is one of the in-service training activities which are for the school and in the school and based in the school.At present,the school-based training for teachers is rich in content and various in forms,but the effectiveness is not strong.School-based training is mainly provided for teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the theoretical study is poor and the operation of the practice is ambiguous to the college teachers,which is not conducive to the professional growth for college teachers.
