学生主体性的缺失是制约高校思想政治教育实效性的关键因素,发挥学生的主体性是提高高校思想政治教育实效性的重要举措。高校思想政治教育过程中学生主体性缺失表现是学习思想政治理论课的需求被动化,参加思想政治教育活动的动机功利化,接受思想政治教育影响的态度消极化。原因在于学生缺乏强烈的主体意识,思想政治理论课培养学生主体性的作用未得到充分发挥以及思想政治教育工作思路呆板陈旧。激发学生主体性的对策,须尊重学生主体地位,强化主体性教育;优化和改进高校思想政治理论课教学;赋予高校思想政治教育以时代新内容;切实提高"两课"教师理论教学与实践育人相结合的能力,促进教师主体性的合理发挥;科学构建评价体系,促进教育主体性的充分发挥。
