During the Period of Jinggangshan struggle,the base material supply was faced with serious difficulties.CCP took a measure to confiscate the property the feudal exploiters,to implement the new tax system,and to develop economy with the Red Army and the base people,ensured the material supply for the revolutionary war,provided the supplies for the army and the government staff.It laid a solid material foundation for the consolidation and development of the revolution base.
