社会主义新农村建设背景下的农村法治教育探讨

我国新农村的法治教育取得了一定的成绩,但也还存在制度供给不足、缺少必要经济保障、教育手段单一、农民学法用法成本过高等诸多问题,导致法治教育难以取得实效。应当加速完善″三农″法律体系、拓展法治教育渠道、设立法治教育专项资金并为农民提供便捷高效的法律服务,以提高新农村法治教育的实效性,避免农村法治建设偏离现代化的轨道。

Rural law-related education in China has obtained the remarkable result,but still faced much problem,such as insufficiency of institutional supplies and less of economic guarantee,and so on.We should adopt some measures,for example accelerate to complete legal system about ″sannong″ and expand the channels of law-related education,to increase the substantial results of rural law-related education.So as to guarantee that the construction of ruling-by-law in Chinese rural areas will not deviate from the track of modernization.
