摘要
国际关系话语中的文化外交具有一种较为独特的理论分析框架,有着与传统外交方式不同的特征和功能,即文化外交作为一种官方行为,突出地体现了软权力本质,是谋求和平的工具、国际理解的媒介、充当传统外交的支撑以及经济合作的润滑剂。
As a unique theoretical analysis frame,cultural diplomacy in the discourseof the international relations has different characteristics and functions from traditional diplomacy.Equally,cultural diplomacy,as an official behavior,has highlighted the essence of soft power,and has served as the tool for seeking peace,the medium of international understanding,a support for the traditional diplomacy as well as the economic cooperation lubricant.
