A Survey and Analysis of the Current Situation of College Students’ Employment and Self-employment in Rural Areas of Jinggangshan District

文章主要通过对井冈山老区的高校、农村进行实地调查,分析了社会各界对大学生到农村就业创业的看法和农村对人才需求现状,阐明我国高校毕业生到农村就业创业的对策及对社会主义新农村建设的深远意义。

This paper attempts to analyze assorted social views of college students' seeking employment and self-employment and the current demand for talents in rural areas by conducting fieldwork in college and rural areas in Jinggangshan District.It illustrates the strategies used by college graduates who seek employment and self-employment in the rural areas of China and the far-reaching significance of constructing a new socialist countryside.
