摘要
从分析高校图书馆的知识服务和学科馆员入手,以知识服务为基础,依靠高校的资源和人力优势,构建出基于知识服务的高校图书馆学科馆员服务模式,为高校用户提供深层次、专业化、知识化、特色化的知识服务,以提升高校图书馆的知识服务能力。阐述了学科馆员在知识服务中的定位及服务机制。
This paper analyzes the knowledge service and subject librarians in university libraries and creates,based on knowledge service and relying on the resources and human power of the university,the u-niversity subject librarian serving mode so as to provide the university users with professional,intellectual-ized,and characterized knowledge services and to enhance the library knowledge service capacity.The pa-per also discusses the positioning and serving mechanism of the librarians involved in the knowledge service.
