政务微博与政民互动研究

A Study of the Government-People Interaction Mechanism based on Official Weibo:A Perspective of Social Interaction Theory

社会互动是社会学的一个重要领域,研究运用社会互动理论,分析新媒体语境下加强政民互动的必要性以及运用政务微博的政民互动现状,对政务微博在促进政民沟通中的作用机制进行研究,提出运用政务微博加强政民互动的机制和相关政策建议,为新媒体环境下如何改善政民沟通提供一种新思维。因此,研究政务微博如何促进政民互动有着非常重要的现实意义。

Studies were made through use of social interaction theory to analyze the necessity of enhanced government-people interaction in new media context, to examine the current situation of government-people interaction with official weibo, and to explore the functional mechanism of official weibo in promoting the interaction. Suggestions for better interaction mechanism and policies are advanced, in hope to provide a new thought of improving government-people intercommunication in new media context.
