地采暖用木质地板导热性能影响因素及提升方法 被引量:10

摘要 地采暖用木质地板由木质基材和发热源组成,影响其导热性能的因素主要为木质基材、胶黏剂与地板结构等。为了提升地采暖地板导热性能,有研究对木质基材、胶黏剂添加导热填料,或在木材单板上化学镀铜。笔者以石墨烯为导热填料,配制浸渍改性剂,对速生杨木单板进行真空浸渍,结果表明石墨烯能够有效提高木材导热系数。以此石墨烯复合导热木材作为地板基材,不仅可以缩短传热时间,还能够节约能耗,是促进产业升级、提升产品附加价值,避免同质化竞争的重要手段。 The wooden heating floor is composed of wooden substrate and heating source, and the factors affecting its thermal conductivity are mainly wood substrate, adhesive and floor structure. In order to improve the thermal conductivity of wooden heating floor, it is studied to add conductive filler to the wood substrate or the adhesive, or to electrolessly plate copper on the wood veneer. This paper uses graphene as a conductive filler to compound impregnation agents, and vacuum impregnates the fast-growing poplar veneer. The result shows that graphene can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of wood. The use of wood graphene composite as a floor substrate not only shortens the heat transfer time but also saves energy, and is an important means for promoting floor industrial upgrading, enhancing product added value,and avoiding homogenization competition.
