China's Trade Facilitation Development and International Comparison

贸易便利化是各国政府和国际经济组织探寻贸易持续平稳增长的新渠道。WTO和APEC对贸易便利化已经列入议程多年,并进行了多次谈判。中国就贸易便利化进程在法律环境、硬件环境、实施环境方面有了长足的发展,但同世界其他经济体发展水平比较,中国贸易便利化发展在世界所处的地位较低、还面临着许多障碍和困难,中国未来应加强政策法律建设、加大技术投资和国际合作、健全组织机构以推进贸易便利化进程。

Trade facilitation is the new channel that governments and international economic organizations explore to keep trade growing continually and steadily. Based on the analysis of the origin of trade facilitation and the reason for its popularity,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of China's trade facilitation process,and compares China's development of trade facilitation with the rest of the world economies. Based on the analysis,this paper makes China's trade facilitation development status as well as the problems and difficulties clear,and proposes China's future policy recommendations which could promote the process of trade facilitation.
