摘要
目前火电厂计量给煤机普遍存在控制精度低、稳定性差等问题。为此分析其计量及控制原理,找出问题产生的原因,提出将PLC模糊控制理论应用于计量给煤机的控制方法和方案,给出模糊控制模型框图和PLC控制程序框图,有效解决这一动态计量设备的控制准确度问题。
The measurement and control principle is analyzed,and the reasons of the problems are pointed out according to the low control precision and poor stability of coal power.Control method and control program of measurement coal feeder are proposed by applying PLC and fuzzy control theory,and the block diagram of the fuzzy control model diagram and the PLC control program is given.This design can effectively solve the problem of dynamic measurement accuracy for measurement coal feeder.
