摘要
当电能质量监测点存在多组监测值时,其不确定性尤为突出,针对此问题,提出了基于云重心评价的电能质量综合评估模型。采用云模型处理具有不确定性的电能质量监测点的监测值,通过电能质量指标定性与定量之间的相互转换,求取云重心向量及加权偏离度,并最终确定电能质量评估等级。该方法减少了人为主观因素对电能质量综合评估的影响,有效解决了监测值不确定性产生的问题,能够保证评估结果尽量客观。算例分析验证了该方法的科学性和合理性。
When the observation points of power quality has lots of observation data,its uncertainty is very evident. The synthetic power quality evaluation model based on cloud gravity center assessment is presented aiming at uncertainty. The model uses cloud model to handle the uncertainty of power quality observation data. The model computes the cloud gravity center vector and the weighted deviation degree by transforming between qualitative and quantitative of power quality indices. Then the grade of power quality evaluation is determined. The model reduces the influence of human factors on synthetic power quality evaluation and solves the problem of uncertain observation data and guarantees objective of evaluation result. The scientificity and rationality of the model is demonstrated by results of actual example.
