摘要 近些年,东北地区包括风能、核能[1]等新能源得到较大发展,特高压[2]进入东北地区电网规划。分析了辽宁电网的现状及其存在的主要问题,并采用多种方法对辽宁电网的全社会用电量和最大负荷进行了预测。对东北地区2030年特高压电网规划进行了介绍。基于潮流、稳定、可靠性、电能消纳、满足电源送出等方面给出辽宁地区各特高压变电站500 k V联网推荐方案并应用BPA程序4.15版进行潮流、稳定、短路电流等计算,并就特高压发展提出一些建议。 New energy such as wind power and nuclear power has been developed fast in Northeast China and ultra high voltage comes into Northeast China Region Power Grid plan. This paper analyses the present situation and the existing problems of Liaoning electric power and forecasts the total electricity consumption and the maximum load by using forecasting methods. It introduces the Ultra High Voltage power system planning of the Northeast China 2030. This paper gives the recommendations of Liaoning ultra high voltage 500 k V network based on the load flow,the stability,the reliability,and the satisfying source sending out. Some calculations such as the load flow,the stability and the short-circuit current are taken by BPA,some suggestions ar given on the development of the ultra high voltage.
