摘要
目前磷酸酯抗燃油作为汽轮机调速介质在我国已得到了普遍应用,但与传统的矿物油相比,在使用中出现了油品抗泡沫特性超标,电阻率超标以及酸值迅速升高,颜色加深的快速裂化现象。重点对抗燃油泡沫特性超标问题的处理进行了较为详细的探讨,同时对抗燃油在使用中出现的其它问题及采取的对策进行了论述,对油品在日常监测维护工作的一些做法也做了介绍。
As the turbine regulating media,phosphates fire-resistant oil has been widely applied in our country. But compared with the conventional mineral oil,phosphates fire-resistant oil anti-foam properties and resistivity exceeds the standards,the acid number increased rapidly,the rapid aging phenomenon of color deepening appeared. The measures against foam properties exceeding the standard are disussed in detai. The other problems in the use of the fire-resistant oil and its countermeasures are also discussed. At the same time,some of the practices of oil daily monitoring and maintenance work are also presented.
