在"居民阶梯电价"政策实施及大面积更换可实施抄表数据采集的"智能电表"大环境下,营销服务态势严峻,抄表质量问题严重影响供电公司形象,易导致恶性服务事件发生。国网大连供电公司通过严把示数复核关、细化电量电费复核规则、开展抄表质量自查、稽查信息部现场专项稽查、营销部定期现场核查、发现问题限期整改、严格考核制度的闭环管理过程,多方位管控,有效提升了公司抄表质量。
The use of smart electricity meter widely in current environment,marketing services face increasingly severe because of policy implementation of 'tiered household electricity pricing mechanism'. The problem of meter reading quality can seriously influence company image which can lead to nasty accident. State Grid Dalian Electric Power Supply Company improves meter reading quality by double-check,rulemaking,self- examination,special check,periodic verification,management and control from different angles.
