摘要 为缩短换热器设计周期、提高设计质量,以管壳式换热器为对象、Visual Basic 6.0为语言平台、Visual Foxpro6.0为底层数据库,设计开发了管壳式换热器计算软件。该软件经编译后可在Windows操作系统下独立运行,具有计算准确性高、操作简便、适应性广等优点。结合具体工程实例进行变工况分析,使管壳式热交换器的设计具有一定的实用价值。 To decrease design period of heat exchanger and improve quality,the design software for shell-and-tube heat exchanger is developed which uses shell-and-tube heat exchanger as research subjects,Visual Basic 6. 0 as language platform and Visual Foxpro6. 0 as underlying database. The compiled software can run independently in Windows operating system which has advantages of high computational accuracy,simple operation,wide adaptability,and friendly interface. By analyzing variable conditions combined with specific examples of projects,the software has great practical value for the design of shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
