摘要 某发电厂于2014年完成了1号锅炉脱硝系统改造,改造后机组满负荷运行时,引风机全开,增压风机还有较大裕量。为得到引风机、增压风机串联运行的最佳方式,在保证机组安全稳定运行的前提下,寻找引风机、增压风机最节能的工况点,从而达到节能降耗目的。研究结果表明,引风机、增压风机的总功率随着增压风机进口压力的升高先减小后增大,当增压风机进口压力为-600 Pa时,引风机、增压风机的总功率最小;当增压风机进口压力由-400Pa降至-600 Pa时,引风机、增压风机总功率将降低67.6 kW,厂用电率可降低0.022 5个百分点,年节约电量28万kWh。 No. 2 boiler denitrification system reformation of a given power station is finished in 2014. Booster fan has great reserve margin with all the draught fan opened at full load operation. To get the best serial operation,this paper looks for operating point of energy saving way for consumption-reducing after promising stable running of the units. The results show that the gross power of draught fan and booster fan first decreases and then increases with inlet pressure of booster fan increases. The gross power reaches a minimum when inlet pressure is- 600 Pa,when inlet presure of booster fan reduces to- 400 Pa from- 600 Pa,the gross power reduced 67. 6 kW,station service power consumption rate reduces 0. 022 5%,saving electricity 2 800 000 kWh every year.
