核电厂加热器水位控制可靠性措施分析

摘要 以提高核电厂加热器水位控制可靠性为出发点,定性分析了防止水位控制各环节失效的措施,提出冗余独立的仪表设置方案、独立调节和保护的控制策略,通过驱动设备故障安全、时间要求和失效模式的分析,提出驱动设备的配置方案。并对DCS硬件配置和控制逻辑环节的可靠性保证措施进行深入挖掘,保证了控制方案各环节的可靠性。 This paper analyses the control measures to prevent the failure of the water level control and improve the reliability by taking to improve level control of the heater water as the core. Independent regulation, protection control stragegy are presented. Configuation scheme of driving arrangement by analyzing failure safety,time requirements and failure mode are put forword. The guarantee measures for reliability for the DCS hardware configuration and control logic are ready to enter into in-depth discussions which ensure the reliability of control program.
