摘要 目前输电线路上所应用的绝缘子防污闪的涂料主要是室温硫化硅RTV橡胶涂料。绝缘子涂覆RTV涂料后,不但提高了绝缘子表面的憎水性,其表面积聚的污层也获得不同程度的憎水性,然而当涂层被冰层覆盖后会失去憎水性。基于此,提出在具有一定防冰效果的憎水性基础上,把硅橡胶涂料改性为半导体涂料,其具有憎水特性和半导电特性两大特点,直接涂覆在瓷绝缘子表面即可形成防覆冰涂层。憎水特性可减小冰层与材料表面的粘附力及覆冰密度,并改变覆冰的形态,但不能延缓或防止覆冰。 At present,the application of insulator anti pollution flashover coating of transmission line is mainly the room temperature vulcanized( RTV) silicone rubber coating. Insulator coated with RTV paint not only enhances the hydrophobicity on the surface of the insulator,but also obtains the hydrophobicity of pollution layer of its surface. The coating loses hydrophobicity when it surfaces covered by ice. This paper puts forward the silicone rubber coating modified into semiconductor coating based on hydrophobicity with antiicing effect which has two characteristics of hydrophobic properties and semi conductive properties. Hydrophobic properties can reduce the adhesion between surface ice and materials,as well as density of ice coating,but not delay or prevent icing.
