摘要 随着空气质量下降,国家对环保越来越重视。逐渐取消地方供热小锅炉,采用大型节能环保锅炉或者由发电厂锅炉进行供热已成为必然趋势,其中热电联产是节能和环保的重要途径之一。文中详细说明660 MW超临界直接空冷机组供热改造前期可行性,重点阐述供热改造难点、改造方案、抽汽控制以及空冷岛防冻等,并对机组轴向推力进行计算和校核,为同类型机组的供热改造提供参考。 With the air quality deteriorated,more and more attention is paid to environmental protection in our country. Small heating boilers are canceled,while large energy conservation and environmental protection boiler heating are applied,it becomes an inevitable trend. Cogeneration is one of the most important ways of energy saving. This paper discusses the prefeasibility study of the heating transformation of 660 MW supercritical direct air cooled unit in detail,Focus on the difficulties,retrofit scheme,steam and air cooling antifreeze,and calculation and verification of unit axial thrust,reasonable suggestions are put forward,it provides some references for the same type of heating transformation.
