摘要 随着电网建设步伐的加快,对电网设备防误操作水平要求也不断提高,这不仅关系到电网的安全稳定运行,更关系人员生命财产的安全。目前,河南平高、沈阳奉泰、沈阳高压开关厂等公司生产的GW5系列(俗称羊角型)隔离开关在220 k V变电站66 k V系统中已普遍应用,针对该型隔离开关重点研究其在双母线接线中作为母线隔离开关时的联动互锁功能,解决了两侧隔离开关只有一侧安装防误机构的缺陷。 With the general application of GW5 series( commonly known as the claw type) isolated switch which produced by companies like Henan Pinggao,Shenyang Fengtai,Shenyang high voltage switchgear factory in 66 k V system of 220 k V substation,the research of this type of isolation switch anti-error device is imminent. This type of device is equipped with a manually operated earthing device,in the original design,the ground side isolation switch can only be realized with the main body of the ground knife gate to achieve mechanical anti lock. But in the connection mode of double bus,it is used as the bus isolation switch in the south,north( or I,II) bus bar,it can not simultaneously achieve the mechanical locking of the non grounded on the side of the gate side of the bus isolation switch. This kind of situation makes the anti-error function of the related equipment have a serious defect,and it greatly reduces the misoperation of the equipment itself,and it has brought many accidents in electric power production,which not only brought on serious risk to the power grid safe operation and personal safety,equipment safety,but also caused irreparable economic losses and adverse effects to the company. For this type of isolating switch,this paper focuses on the study of the interlocking interlock function when it is used as a bus isolation switch in double bus connection,which solved the defects of both sides of the isolation switched with only one installed error prevention.
