摘要
集中式保护是由许继电气公司研发的适用于智能变电站的保护装置,该项技术于2012年8月首次应用于工程实际中,保护装置采用简化集成的设计理念,实现了采样SV(IEC61850-9-2)、GOOSE及IEEE1588三网合一的过程层网络接入方式。文中应用数字仿真仪(RTDS)作为测试平台,搭建了智能变电站一次系统模型,通过动模试验对集中式保护装置的功能进行测试,提出了220 k V线路、元件、母线保护以及66 k V备自投功能的测试方法,在试验中发现并解决了集中式保护软件功能及虚端子配置的一些问题。
Centralized protection is producted by XU-JI electric company which is used in protection devices of intelligent substation.This technology is first used in practical project in August 2012. The device used simple and integrate design concept,sampling SV( IEC61850-9-2),GOOSE and IEEE1588 merge in process layer is achieved. This paper uses real time digital simulator( RTDS) as test platform,digital substation' s primary system model is building,the centralized protection's function through the dynamic simulation experiments is tested,test method of line,element,bus protection and the function of prepared from the cast in 66 k V system are proposed,some problem of centralized protection software function and virtual terminal' s configuration in experiments are detected and solved.
