电热供需矛盾下的辽宁地区热电机组规划研究 被引量:4

摘要 辽宁乃至东北地区受经济形势影响,用电增长低速徘徊,同时集中供热面积缺口大,热力与电力如何协调发展的问题亟待解决。分析了辽宁地区电力供大于求与热力供小于求的矛盾问题,系统论述了现有的供热方式、技术、经济、环境保护等方面的优势与劣势,提出采用背压机组加大型热水锅炉为主的多元供热方式作为辽宁地区热电发展规划主要思路,并通过经济分析验证了该方式的可行性。 The growth of electricity consumption of Liaoning and northeast area has maintained a low speed by the impact of economic situation. Meanwhile,the centralized heating area demand increases year by year,How to coordinate the development of heating and electricity becomes to be urgently solved. The contradiction problem of heating and electricity supply and demand is discussed in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of existing heating mode is analyzed as well as technology,economy,environmental protection and other aspects. The heat supply plan of back pressure unit and large hot water boiler combined with various heat supply is put forward as the thermal power development planning of Liaoning. The feasibility is verified by economic analysis.
