摘要 简要介绍了新建丰满三期电站独立运行计算机监控系统的情况。根据丰满发电厂三期电站的应用环境分析,结合国内智能电网、智能水电站建设的经验,认为不具备按IEC61850模型建立系统结构的可能性,并制定了适用于电站现状的监控系统基本结构。在系统应用平台软件的选取上,以对应用于监控的现地设备属性、性能、数据类型深刻了解为基础,对数据流向、流量进行深入分析,剖析了经典型系统、基于Wonderware System Platform 2012 R2(WW SP2012R2)的结构特点和技术特点,总结出基于WW SP2012R2系统的优势。 In this paper,computer supervisory and control system of the third engineering of new Fengman hydropower plant are introduced. Based on the analysis of applying environment and the experience of smart power grid construction and smart hydropower plant construction,it is taken as less probability existing in constructing architecture of the system according to IEC61850 model,appropriate computer supervisory and control system for the present situation are set. A detailed analysis of data flows and data traffic is provided based on profound understanding of property,function and data type of equipment. Architecture and technology features of classical type system based on System Platform 2012 R2 are analyzed deeply and theadvantages are summarized.
