摘要 电网调度控制自动化水平的不断提高,要求对变电站遥控、遥调操作的安全性不断提高。为提高IEC 104遥控遥调过程的安全性,提出了基于调度编号认证的安全遥控技术。方案扩充定义了新的ASDU类型标识,使其附带调度编号和设备类型等信息,从而成为安全遥控ASDU。厂站端监控系统可对调度端下发的安全遥控命令中的调度编号、设备类型等信息进行认证,并拦截认证失败的遥控遥调命令。工程实践表明,该方法可有效解决因遥控信息对象地址错位而引发的IEC 104误遥控问题,提高电网调度控制的安全性。 With the steady advance in the automation application of grid dispatching and controlling,the demand to the reliability of station remote control is increasing. To enhance the reliability of IEC 104 remote control procedure,a new method of dispatch identification authentication based reliable remote control is proposed. Some new ASDU Type Identifications are defined,and all of their corresponding ASDUs,to be as reliable remote control ASDU,will contain such information as dispatch identification and device type.The controlled station can authenticate the new added information in a received reliable remote control ASDU,and reject all those remote control commands with authentication failure. Engineering practice illustrates the new method which can effectively solve the problem of mistaken remote control upon IEC 104 due to misplaced information object address,thus the safety of grid dispatching and controlling can be improved.
