摘要
某发电厂励磁变压器经红外测温发现铁芯温度高达137℃,因此,结合运行情况对该励磁变压器铁芯过热原因进行分析,认为绕组烧损后,仅更换绕组,未对铁芯绝缘进行检查,铁芯片间绝缘受损后仍持续运行是导致其过热的主要原因,并给出处理意见和对策。
The core temperature of excitation transformer is up to 137 ℃ by infrared temperature-measuring in given power plant. This paper analyzes the reason of iron core overheating. After winding burning fault,core insulation should be checked,instead of replacing just winding. The main reason is that excitation transformer operates continually after insulation damaged between plates. This paper gives some treatment suggestions and countermeasures.
