华能丹东电厂2号汽轮发电机漏氢分析与处理

摘要 针对华能丹东电厂2号汽轮发电机漏氢量超标问题,对机组运行中查出的异常和检修中发现的问题进行归总,结合历次检修记录和初始安装记录,分析出发电机漏氢的原因,制定出切实可行的处理措施,从根本上解决了2号发电机励端轴密封装置漏氢和密封瓦多次损坏问题,为发电机双流环式密封瓦故障诊断分析拓宽了思路,为同类型发电机轴密封装置故障处理提供了参考。 For the over-standard problem of hydrogen leakage on No. 2 turbo-generator in Huaneng Dandong power plant,the anomalies during operation are checked and summarized. Combined with maintenance records and initial installation record,the over-standard cause of hydrogen leakage on the generator is analyzed,practicable treatment measures are worked out. The problems of hydrogen leakage from the shaft sealing device on No. 2 generator excitation end and sealing ring damaged repeatedly are resolved which broadens the thinking for fault diagnosis of the double-ring oil sealing and provides some references for the same type of sealing devices.
