摘要
通过对国内外大学生就业力相关研究文献的分析归纳,提出我国高校毕业生就业力由专业技能、基本能力、教育背景及家庭背景四部分构成。在对构成毕业生就业力的四个部分进行阐述分析的基础上,提出提升我国高校毕业生就业力的路径和对策,指出高校和大学生可以通过提高专业技能水平、积极参加校内外实践活动、适当参加创业活动和提升教育背景等手段提升毕业生就业力。
On the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant literature research of university graduates employability, the employability of domestic university graduates is composed of professional skills, basic skills, educational background and family background. On the basis of analysis the four parts of the graduate employability, points out the path and countermeasures of the employability promoting of university graduates in our country, reaches that university students can promote graduates employability by improving their professional skills level and education background, taking an active part in practice activities and entrepreneurial activities.
