论高职院校创业创新教育体系的构建与实践——以台州职业技术学院为例

On the Establishment and Practice of Educational Systems for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Vocational Colleges——Taking Taizhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校学生创业有自身的特征,表现为地方性、技能性与实践性。在构建创业创新教育体系中,应当高度重视,全力支持,立体推进,注重自身特色,树立创业品牌。在教育教学实践中,必须普及创新教育,打牢创业基础,走政校行企共同推进、产学研用紧密结合之路。从高职教育创新教育与高职学生创业特征分析入手,以台州职业技术学院为例,基于学生专业技能提升与综合素质培育为目标,构建了较完善的创业教育实践工作体系和实践路径。

Student entrepreneurship in vocational colleges has a unique set of characteristics: it tends to be tightly rooted in its particular region, with a high focus on technical skills and pragmatism. When we are creating the educational system for entrepreneurship and innovation, we have to place high importance on this unique set of characteristics and provide all-round support accordingly. Only by doing so we can play to our own strength and establish our own brand of entrepreneurship. During the practice of education and teaching, one has to spread the teaching of innovation and lay the solid foundation for entrepreneurship, by exploring fully the joint partnership of government, schools and businesses as well as promoting the tight integration between industry and academics and between research and practice. Combining the theoretical analysis of the unique features of innovation education in vocational colleges and the characteristics of student entrepreneurship in vocational colleges, with our practical experience in Taizhou Vocational and Technical College, we have established a rather complete system and practical approaches for teaching entrepreneurship and innovation with the aim of raising technical skills, and fostering comprehensive capabilities, of students.
