高校学生就业工作对人才培养的影响研究

Study on the Impact of College Students′ Employment on the Quality of Talents Cultivation

针对现代高校学生就业工作全员化、全程化、专业化、信息化的新特点,提出高校人才培养过程包含的五个环节,重点论述高校学生就业工作在人才培养过程中的作用。做好学生就业工作能有效的促进高校人才培养质量的提高,高校要站在人才培养的高度去谋划学生就业工作。

According to the new features of full participation, entire process, specialization and informatization of modern college students’ employment, and it proposes the ifve links included in the process of college talents cultivation and illustrates the role of college students’ employment in the talents cultivation process. Colleges and universities should stand on the height of talents cultivation to plan for students’ employment. A good job of students’ employment can effectively improve the quality of college talents cultivation.
