To understand normal college students’ employment situation accurately, to analysis the current difficulties in employment correctly, to resolve the dififcult employment situation effectively, graduates need to change the concept, improve the ability, colleges and universities should reform training mode, strengthen the employment guidance services, the government can continuously improve market system, improve the allocation of educational resources, promote the full employment and high quality employment ultimately.
