The Research of Employment Guidance of College Graduates Under the View of Post Modernism

深入剖析后现代主义对大学毕业生兴趣、性格、技能和价值观的影响,并在此基础上提出应对之策。这些策略包括:加强学生的马克思主义理论教育,引导他们正确认识后现代主义;用发展的眼光,打造实践能力强的就业指导教师队伍;发挥后现代主义的优点,革新就业指导课程的教学模式;根据学生多元性和异质性的特点,提供个性化的就业服务;开展企业实习活动,加强职业素质的培养,让学生充分了解职场。

It is no less true for the present-day college students who are at the critical juncture to plan and pursue their future careers. It will firstly analyze how and to what scope the students are influenced by the philosophy of postmodernism and then propose a couple of specific solutions. Firstly, strengthening the education of Marxist philosophy among the students so as to correct their understanding of the postmodernism. Secondly, helping our teaching staff to deepen and balance their own understanding of postmodernism so that they are more competent and efficient in interpreting this theory to the students. Thirdly, making good use of positive ideas in postmodernism to revamp the curriculum and career planning guidelines as well. What's more, it is necessary to help the different students to pursue their careers in rational and pragmatic ways. Lastly, students should be encouraged to get familiar with employment environment and tap their own potentials and opportunities through internship.
