河南省大学生职业探索状况及影响因素研究

Study on College Students' Career Exploration Status and Influencing Factors in Henan province

对河南省726名大学生进行问卷调查,以考察大学生的职业探索状况与其成就动机之间的关系以及择业效能感的中介作用。研究得出以下结论:在环境探索上,城市学生得分显著高于农村学生,男生得分显著高于女生,三本院校学生的得分显著高于一本、二本院校学生;一本、二本院校学生的自我探索都显著高于环境探索,上过职业教育与发展课程的大学生环境探索和自我探索得分均显著高于没上过的大学生;追求成功的成就动机可直接影响职业探索,也可通过择业效能感间接影响职业探索。择业效能感在追求成功的成就动机和职业探索的关系中起部分中介作用。

To explore the relationship between college students' career exploration and achievement motivation, and the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy, totally 726 college students from Henan were assessed with questionnaires. The results could be demonstrated as the following in this study: 1. For environment exploration, city students outperformed rural students, boys outperformed girls, independent college students outperformed key university and ordinary university students. 2. Key university and ordinary university students' performance on self exploration were significantly better than environment exploration. Students who have taken career education and development class outperformed those who have not on both environment exploration and self exploration. 3. Motivation of pursuing success could affect career exploration directly, and indirectly through career decision-making self-efficacy, the relationship between college students' career exploration and achievement motivation was partially mediated by career decision-making self-efficacy.
