大学生成就动机、自我概念与择业倾向的关系 被引量:8

Relationship Among Achievement Motivation, Self-Concept and Employment Orientation of College Students

摘要 为考察大学生择业倾向的现状以及成就动机,自我概念对择业倾向的影响,采用中文版成就动机量表、自我概念量表和择业倾向量表对564名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,大学生的择业倾向受到其自身的成就动机和自我概念的影响,成就动机和社会自我对社会需求有负向预测作用,自我认同对物质保障需求有负向的预测作用,心理自我和追求成功对自我发展需求分别有正向和负向的预测作用。大学生的职业选择是在符合自我预期并有利于自我概念成长的基础上受成就动机影响的过程。 To explore the current situation of college students' employment orientation and the impact of achievement motivation and self-concept toward employment orientation, 564 college students were investigated with achievement motivation Scale, Self-Concept Scale and employment orientation scale. College students' employment orientation was influenced by achievement motivation and self-concept. Achievement motivation and social self negatively predict the score of social demands, self-identify predicted negatively the score of substance guarantee, and the self-development in the employment orientation was predicted positively and negatively by mental self and pursue success separately.It is suggested to give targeted vocational guideline to college students with different personality and backgrounds.
