大学生择业中的价值观研究——以南京航空航天大学为例

Research on Views of Employment in University Students ——A Case Study of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics

大学生离开校园步入社会需要经历一个从"学校人"向"社会人"的过渡过程,也就是所谓的"职业适应"。正确的择业观能够引导大学生的择业行为,实现职业目标的同时帮助大学生调整心态,适应自己的职场生活。当代大学生在择业过程中总体表现良好,但同时也存在自我定位模糊、择业取向功利化、择业期望值偏高等问题,需要通过改善社会环境,完善高校就业指导工作,转变家长教育方式以及个人做好职业生涯规划等途径,来引导大学生树立正确的择业观念,实现自我价值与社会价值的统一。

College students had to undergo a transition process from 'school people' to 'social people' when they left campus to the real world,which is called 'occupational adaptation.' Choosing the right career outlook can guide the behavior of college students,and help them achieve career goals,adapt to their work life. In the process of choosing a career,contemporary college students' overall performance is good, but there are some troubles such as self-positioning vague, career orientation utilitarian, career high expectations. We need to improve the social environment and college employment instruction work, change the mode of parents education and other ways to guide students to build up correct concepts,realize the unity of self value and social value.
