在近几年太原理工大学水利科学与工程学院毕业生就业现状调查的基础上,分析职业指导在促进高校毕业生就业工作中的作用,表明职业指导对高校毕业生及早掌握专业知识技能,提前做好职业规划,以及提高入职薪资起点方面起到重要的作用。职业指导有利于学生自身的成长,能够推动我国高等教育不断完善和发展,促进国家稳定与社会和谐。结合高校职业指导机构不成熟,队伍不完善等现状,提出建立健全高校生涯辅导体系和加强实践环节等的对策建议。

By the analysis of the vocational guidance effect in promoting the employment of university graduates, Which was based on an employment investigation of university graduates in water conservancy science and engineering academy of Taiyuan university of technology, it suggested that vocational guidance played an important role in mastering professional knowledge and skills as soon as possible, in an early career planning, and in a higher salary and so on. Vocational guidance was beneficial to student's growth, and could promote the development of the continuous improvement of higher education in China and the national stability and social harmony. Considering the immature university vocational guidance institutions and imperfect team status, it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as establish and perfect the college career guidance system and strengthen the practice and so on.
