An Analysis of the Employment Market Demands on the English Major Graduates in Universities——Based on an Investigation on the Employment Market in Weifang Region of Shandong Province

以对山东省潍坊地区英语专业毕业生就业市场需求状况展开的抽样调查为基础,同时利用潍坊市人力资源与社会保障局近五年英语专业毕业生就业的相关资料,对潍坊地区英语专业毕业生就业市场需求状况进行分析,从而找出英语专业毕业生就业难的原因,并且针对所查找的原因提出解决英语专业大学生就业难问题的相应对策。

Based on the investigation and the analysis of the employment market demands of English majors in Weifang Region of Shandong Province and the English majors' employment data in the latest 5 years received from Weifang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, this thesis is to find the reasons that have caused the difficulties of English majors employment so as to present strategies that may solve the problems of English majors employment.
