摘要
通过调查高校毕业生就业状况评价指标的应用情况,发现高校毕业生就业状况的评价工作存在缺乏体系化的指标、科学的评价方法和完善的反馈跟踪机制等问题;在此基础上,初步构建就业率、就业结构、就业质量3个维度共计27项评价指标,提出构建科学评价体系、建立跟踪机制、定期反馈并设置多层次的就业监管机构,规范监管方法等改善措施。
This study illustrates how colleges apply the employment evaluation indicators to assess their graduates. The result shows that the evaluation on the employment status of college students lacks systematic indicators, effective assessment methods as well as feedback and tracking mechanism. Based on the data from the questionnaire, the study concludes 27 core indicators on 3 dimensions. Moreover, it proposes the strategies on the improvement of the issue, including completing tracking and feedback system, setting up diverse institutes on supervision, and adopting standard regulation methods.
