大学生就业中职业伦理表现折射的职业伦理教育问题探究

随着就业竞争的日趋激烈,大学生职业伦理意识淡薄引起各行各业的普遍关注:在就业过程中过分追求个人利益,缺乏诚信意识和爱岗敬业的精神等。针对这些问题,开展职业伦理教育中的对策研究,不仅有利于大学生个人职业素质的提高,也有利于实现学校人才培养与社会需求之间的良性互动。职业伦理教育可以从职业道德观教育、专业精神培养等多层面开展,也可以案例教学、社会实践等多种形式教学,达到提高就业竞争力,实现从学校到职场顺利过渡的目的。

Along with the employment competition is becoming competitively, the lack of the work ethics of college students is causing widespread concern from all walks of life:some students pursuit personal interests excessively, and some students be lack of the sincerity cognition and the spirit of dedication in the process of occupation. To solve these problems, carrying out the work ethics education can not only improve college students’ personal occupation quality, but also can realize the benign interaction between school education and social demand. The work ethics education can spread from the education of work moral values and the cultivation of professional spirit, and also can through some other teaching methods like case teaching and social practice. All these ways can improve the employment competitiveness and realize smooth transition from school to the work place.
