摘要
通过实地走访、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对济宁区域内本科院校在办学定位、校企合作人才培养专业与学生比例等方面进行了现状调研分析。同时指出了地方本科院校在校企合作人才培养模式开展过程中面临着思想观念转变、"双师型"教师队伍建设等亟待解决的问题,并针对以上问题提出了如何使校企合作向深层次发展的对策,以更好地发挥地方本科院校在地区经济发展中的人才资源优势。
This article through ifeld visiting, questionnaire, expert interview, literature methods of query, the Jining city three factors:the undergraduate course colleges and universities personnel training mode to carry out the status quo, from the proportion of school-running orientation, cooperation between colleges and students, talents training target, university-enterprise cooperation pattern, the form and level, training equipment and venues, proportion of teachers, professional course structure, teaching methods and evaluation methods, employment services, student needs research the local undergraduate colleges and universities in university of technology to the application university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode in the process of transformation of the status quo, put forward further improvement suggestion, in order to better play to the local undergraduate colleges and universities in the talent resources in the development of regional economy.
