广东地方高校贫困大学生就业状况的实证研究

针对各地方高校贫困生就业问题的数据资料统计和分析相对缺乏这一现状,以广东为例,通过调查五所广东地方高校贫困生就业的现实情况,明确优势,转化劣势,提出各地方高校要通过建立贫困生专业调整制度、半工半读制度、提前毕业制度;撰写贫困生就业质量年度报告、建立就业状况跟踪、监测机制;建立贫困生普惠性长效助学机制等方式帮助地方高校贫困生顺利就业并不断提高就业质量。
