职业规划教育视阈下的职业价值观引导研究

The Research of Occupational Values Guidance in the Concept of Occupational Planning Education

职业价值观是影响大学生就业的重要因素,引导大学生树立正确的职业价值观是大学生就业指导工作的一项重要内容。高校面向大学生开展职业规划教育与职业价值观教育根本动机一致,职业规划教育是职业价值观教育的载体,文章提出以社会主义核心价值观作为职业规划教育的指导思想,通过在教育环节增加职场实践机会、提供职业咨询服务等方法引导大学生职业价值观。

Students' employments can be strongly affected by their occupational values, therefore, it is a vital step that guide students to establish correct occupational value in the work of the students' employment guidance. The purposes of all the universities carrying out occupational planning education and occupational values education are nearly the same. More, occupational planning education is the basis of occupational values education. This article put forward the ideology of occupational planning education under the core values of socialists. In order to guiding the students' occupational values, they will provide more practice opportunities to explore the workplace in education and offer more occupation consultations.
