大学毕业生就业违约现象的探析与对策研究

Problem Analysis and Countermeasures on the Phenomenon of the College Students

针对目前大多数人将毕业生违约归于不诚信范畴的观点,本文提出大学毕业生违约是一种正常的社会现象,是签约双方所拥有的正当权利,是毕业生追求更好职业发展、规避求职风险的一种正常心理表现。大学生普遍存在的职业生涯规划缺失、初次就业的心理压力较大、与用人单位缺乏了解与沟通以及法律意识淡薄是影响毕业生产生违约行为的主要因素。高校应在加强大学生职业生涯规划指导、促进大学生就业实习与实践、加强校企合作与毕业生签约指导等方面不断加大工作力度,以促进毕业生违约率得到有效降低。

Aiming at the opinion that college students' default is a kind of dishonest behavior, the writer proposes that default is a kind of normal social phenomenon, is the proper right of the contracting sides,and it's normal psychological performance caused by the pursuing to better career development and avoiding of the sick of application. There are some main factors of college's students' default, including lack of career planning, communication with the employers, consciousness of contract,also the students' greater psychological pressure,. The employment workers in college should make more effort to reduce the default rate, such as strengthening the career guidance to the in-campus students, promoting the students' internship and social practice, strengthening the college enterprise cooperation and employment guidance, etc.
