高职院校就业创业指导服务与管理信息系统的开发研究

The Research of How Employment Guidance Service and Management Information System in Higher Vocational Colleges is Developed

本文以课题研究为背景,基于高职院校顶岗实习及就业信息管理系统的开发,以提高大学生就业能力、促进就业为目标,针对高职院校就业创业指导服务工作进行管理体制机制的创新研究,并就构建全方位、多层次、规范化、信息化的大学生就业创业指导服务体系及就业创业指导服务与管理信息系统的开发过程进行阐述。

Based on the background of the project research, the development of post practice and employment MIS, the paper studies the mechanism innovation of employment guidance service in Higher Vocational Colleges and describes the process how to construct all-round, multi-level, standard system of college students employment guidance service and develop employment guidance service MIS in order to improve employment ability and promote the employment rate.
