摘要
我国大学生就业工作面临两项重要的就业困境现象,即毕业生不能满足岗位需求和岗位无法达到毕业生预期,其根本原因在于高校培养目标与市场需求脱节,人才培养途径单一,忽视学生的实践能力,使得学生接受高等教育的知识无法转变为技能和能力。正是由于高校在培养目标设置上的偏差,导致高校缺乏职前教育,就业指导工作仍处于初级阶段,职业信息采集低效、就业服务体现不完善。因此,研究者认为要想解决高校大学生就业工作的困境,高校需要重新调整培养目标,使其更加科学化,适合学生能力的培养,促进学生就业,同时职前教育也需进一步规范、职业信息需多元化、就业服务需更加人性化。
The reasons of the graduates employment dififculties are that the university’s training objectives setting can't meet the needs of social development. And training objectives does not match with the market demand. Meanwhile, the universities pay no attention on practical ability, so that the students who study in the universities couldn’t change the knowledge to the skills. Because the universities make wrong on the goals setting, the students didn’t have more classes about career education. So the employment guidance is still in the primary stage that the employment information transfers inefifcient and the employment service system is not perfect. Therefore, this research is to solve the problem that university students employment dififculties. Universities’ manager must make the training objective scientiifc that can match with the employment education, information and service system.
