经济社会的发展对人才自身素质提出更高的要求,我们通过全面系统地分析大学生就业能力结构,提出大学生就业能力结构由基础知识技能、专业知识技能、创造开发能力和个体心理特征四个维度构成,并对其要素和特征进行深度剖析,提出构建就业能力结构的途径,为高校加强就业工作指导和大学生就业能力培养提供参考。

With the development of economic society , the requirement of talent quality has become higher and higher. Through a comprehensive systematic analysis of college students' employment ability structure, the essay provides that college students' employment ability structure is created by four dimensions of basic knowledge skills, professional knowledge skills, creative developing ability and individual psychological characteristics, and analyzes the elements and characteristics in depth, at last it puts forward ways of constructing the structure of employment ability in order to provide a reference to strengthening the employment guidance and college students’ employment ability training for colleges and universities.
